What we collect

- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the date, time and wording you agreed to.
- Messages and call records when you contact us or reply to us by phone or text.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you submit the form, such as your IP address and browser type. We use it only to keep a record of your consent and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To talk with you about your property and a possible purchase offer.
- To send text messages only if you agreed to receive them.
- To keep records of your consent and of any opt-out request.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We may share information only with service providers that help us run our phone and text line (for example, our phone carrier and messaging platform), and only so they can deliver our messages.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. You can also ask us to delete your details by emailing info.redakthor@gmail.com. We keep a record of opt-out requests so we don't contact you again.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we're in contact about your property, and consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show we followed the rules.
